To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hz777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if hz777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hz777's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hz777 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hz777 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.
• Any technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues will be resolved within a specific timeframe.
• Odds and market data published on the Platform are free from human or system error at all times.

hz777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read alongside this Agreement.
